We do not regret this decision at all and are so thankful.

Tony Carrington, Sarah and Judith excelled themselves when they took on my enquiry, currently as an ex-pat living in Australia, to find a suitable investor, interest only, buy to let remortgage product. They advised accordingly, gathered, transmitted and received information securely via their dedicated web portal, and succeeded in obtaining a Decision in Principle in a timely fashion. A solicitor experienced with similar criteria was recommended at a reasonable cost, and the process completed seamlessly.
Tony looked further at the portfolio and has already saved some monthly cost with another property, while suggesting others are still to be made. Their total service was comprehensive, and completed succinctly whereas other "specialists" were unable to advise or progress.

Tony did everything for us - he explained the process; he explained the different options in a succinct and easy to understand manner; he gave clear and direct advice about how to proceed; he and his team arranged an AIP and dealt directly with the provider on our behalf; he negotiated a better agreement for us and used his persuasiveness to ask the provider to lend us more money than they had initially stated they could.
The outcome far exceeded our initial expectations.
